Ben Affleck is reportedly feeling a sense of relief and happiness following his divorce from Jennifer Lopez, which was finalized two months ago. According to sources, the Oscar-winning actor is in a “much better mood” and is excited about a fresh start in his life.

A source close to Affleck revealed that since the split, he has “no hard feelings” toward Lopez but prefers to keep his distance unless it involves their children’s school functions.  

“Ben hasn’t been in regular contact with Jennifer unless it revolves around the kids,” the insider shared. “He doesn’t see a point in remaining close friends and would rather move on.”  

Affleck and Lopez’s relationship has had a long history of ups and downs. They first got engaged in 2002 but called off their wedding in 2004. They rekindled their romance nearly two decades later, marrying in 2022 before Lopez filed for divorce in August 2024.
